Repossession Information for people who's vehicles were picked up. We are a private company contracted by your finance company / bank / car dealer. We do not handle your financing, you must call the company  that financed your vehicle. By FL Law we have to inventory and store if needed, all personal property located in any repossessed vehicle. There is a FEE that the registered owner or authorized party will have to pay for this inventory and storage. 24 HOURS MUST PASS, BEFORE WE CAN MAKE YOU AN APPOINTMENT. (SO WE CAN PROCESS YOUR VEHICLE) We handle everything by appointment  (Personal Property, vehicle redemption ) . Our appointments are set on the same day you wish to come. Our hours of operation for Personal Property and Vehicle Redemption are from 10 am to 4pm Monday thru Friday. We are not open on the weekends. WE UNDERSTAND THIS IS A FRUSTRATING TIME FOR YOU, BUT WE HAVE COMPANY POLICIES WE HAVE TO FOLLOW. PLEASE UNDERSTAND.
