Vehicle redemption appointments
We do not handle your financing. Contact the company that financed your vehicle about your account and authorization. Call DCT for our release procedure.
Vehicle redemption appointments are Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m. Appointments are arranged on the day you wish to come.
Personal property collection
Allow at least 24 hours after recovery so we can process the vehicle. Personal property collection is by appointment, Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m. We are closed on weekends.
Inventory and storage fees may apply. Please contact our office for the requirements for your appointment.
Transport pickup instructions
Email info@dctrecovery.com with your company name and the last six characters of the VIN. Please provide 24 hours’ notice and call one hour before arrival on pickup day.
Transport pickups are Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Bring appropriate equipment for inoperable vehicles; DCT does not load them.
Where is the facility?
Our physical address is provided when your appointment or transport is arranged. Do not travel to Pines Boulevard or 4302 Hollywood Boulevard; these are mailing locations rather than our office.
