Vehicle redemption
Contact the company that financed your vehicle about your account. DCT does not handle your financing. Call our office for release procedures and an appointment.
Allow at least 24 hours after recovery for vehicle processing. Appointments are arranged on the day you wish to come.
Personal property collection
Personal property is inventoried and stored as needed. Inventory and storage fees apply; please call our office for the requirements for your appointment.
Hours and location
Vehicle redemption and personal property appointments: Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m. Closed on weekends.
Our physical address is provided when your appointment is arranged. Pines Boulevard and 4302 Hollywood Boulevard are mailing locations, not our office.
